Boucherie Beach has been around since the 1960’s and has hosted thousands of families – many of them returning over the course of two or three generations.

Does it fit?

Synergy will review the supplied project details and if we are aligned, we will accept the opportunity to bid on your project.

It's in the details

Once we have accepted the opportunity to bid on your project we move forward and start evaluation the scope in more detail, reviewing the drawings, Schedule of Quantities (SOQ) provided, and a possible site visit.

Crunching the numbers

During the estimating process we will source required materials; site furnishings and sub-contractors required and provide a cost effective and competitive estimate based on the SOQ and landscape drawings provided.

Go for Green

Once we have completed the estimate we will submit the estimate as required by you with any other relevant information and wait for your approval or any questions you may have. Green light? Once we get the go ahead and signed contract, we will enter you in our schedule in accordance with your timeline.

dig deep, build up

Time to construct and install all exterior landscape features such as retaining walls, brick patios, decks, arbors, fences, water features, irrigation systems, planting beds, turf areas and plant material at this stage of the process.

check in

Our job is to ensure your project is evolving into what you are expecting and according to the landsccape design. So as the job progresses, communication and periodical site inspection are essential to ensure quality control and any changes that might arise.

Keep it flowing

Submit Work in Progress (WIP) invoices monthly to keep the job flowing with the required labour and materials.

Almost there

Submit for substantial completion and final inspection of the new landscape to capture any deficiencies we my have missed during our earlier check ins. And of course, no job is complete until the site is cleaned up!

Close the books

Submit final invoicing. Sit back. Admire the landscape we have just created together. Another job well done!
