Clients bought this older 70’s home because they loved the area and the view. They renovated the interior to be their “dream home” and wanted the yard to be their “dream garden”. The back yard renovation was a large undertaking as it had a steep slope, virtually no access and was very overgrown. After building access into the back yard, we installed retaining walls, a water fall and pond, cozy hot tub area,multiple patios and seating areas including fire features.
