Nothing is more important than laying the foundation of our working relationship and making sure that your landscaping project is going to be just want you have been wishing for.

Here's our first chance to get to know each other and what your project might look like. Let's make sure we are the right fit. A few questions for you, and a few more, and maybe even a few more... we're now moving in the same direction. Let's find a time to see your space together.

let's meet

We'll come visit you at your site and walk though it together. We'll talk about options and how you'll use the space along with things to consider about your project. Professional consultation? Check. 

show and tell

We will complete conceptual drawings and/or detailed landscape plans to showcase what the end project will be.

plan it out

Our team will provide cost estimate and timeline in writing to you with terms of payment.

green light

Once everything is finalized (plans, cost, timeline) we will enter into a contract with you that outlines our guarantees for delivering your project.

Dig deep, build up

Time to construct and install all exterior landscape features such as retaining walls, brick patios, decks, arbors, fences, water features, irrigation systems, planting beds, turf areas and plant material at this stage of the process.

check in

Our job is to ensure your project is evolving into what you are expecting and according to the design we created together. As the job progresses, communication is essential—to address any concerns or add (or remove) an item from the design. Best to go through these things during rather than at the end to minimize additional costs.

wrap up

We want to make sure we've provided a memorable experience. Upon completion we will review your landscape with you and inform you of any relevant information. Questions about the construction, installation, plant materials or even maintenance? We'll answer them. Once you are completely satisfied with our work and service, we will accept your final payment, providing you a detailed final invoice along with our Thank You package soon after.

We don’t forget about you. We will check in with you to see if you have any further questions about plant care, water-wise gardening, or anything else concerning your new landscape.
