Project Description
Bellevue Creek sits right alongside Creekside Terrace, and it shaped how Synergy approached the whole property. Before any planting began, we brought in an environmental consultant to help build a plan that respected the riparian area, including choosing naturalized plants suited to the area's setting. The desired outcome was to have a landscape that feels like a part of its surroundings, not just an addition to it; and one with easy upkeep over the years.
The rest of the property was limited in planting space, so we took a simple, intentional approach there too. We settled on a well-chosen mix of plants to bring colour and texture throughout the seasons, giving the grounds a relaxed, park-like character.
Synergy designed, installed, and has maintained this community since the landscape was completed in 2020. Getting plant selection, spacing and long-term care right from the beginning has kept the property attractive and manageable, helping keep maintenance costs low for the community since 2021.
Through thoughtful planning and steady care, Creekside Terrace has grown into a landscape the community can count on.
